La Perruque

From the book ‘The Practice of Everyday Life’, 1984 by Michel De Certeau.

Means that workers create work during work time, disguised as work it is creative and not for profit. It may be on the factory floor or in the office but is not considered as stealing, it often immitates the work normally carried out or utilises scraps from the factory floor, software found on a computer. It is about taking pleasure to signify their own capabilities through work.
